So says the New York City Opera when describing Carmen. We had the pleasure of an invitation to join friends at the opera on Sat night. Going to the opera has always been on my lifetime 'to do' list and I was thrilled to be ticking it off. Dress up? Check. Eat a fabulous dinner in the green room at the opera house? Check.
